What is your response time?
We endeavour to respond to your enquiries as quickly as possible. Ideally, we provide same day service or within 24 hours for non-urgent matters. Service Priority is determined by several factors including fault error code, machine functionality, backup options and location of the customer. Service Support is scheduled in accordance with the nature of the service call and the impact to your business.
Service Calls are allocated as per the Priority Notification system we have in place. You can expect we will return your call/email on the same day during business hours. Emergency call-out response times will take priority and the Technician is required to attend within 2–4 hours. We will estimate response time when you book the emergency call-out.
Is toner included in the service agreements?
Consumables, such as toner and paper, are charged as required and in addition to our standard service agreements. Toners are included if your business is on a cents/copy service support plan.
Why do you only service Toshiba?
Toshiba photocopiers have the easiest and most cost effective Service System compared with most other photocopier brands. The cost of repairs is greatly reduced because parts and components can be replaced individually. Many machines have microchips, that will disable the use or function of the assembly that needs replacing, regardless of the actual condition of the unit. This may cause some perfectly good units (such as fuser unit or process unit) to be discarded unnecessarily because of the microchip, which has reached a pre-set maximum count.
Also, some brands of photocopiers may have an all in one / or sealed unit, which means that entire replacement is the ONLY option. Toshiba technicians are fully trained on dismantling and reassembling individual components within the machine, thereby replacing only the affected area, which dramatically reduces the cost of maintenance.
Can you service any other photocopier brands?
We are specialists in Toshiba only and do not directly service any other brands. We can refer you to our trusted network of specialist repairers for other brands, if required.
Do you sell new photocopiers?
No, we do not sell new photocopiers. We do sell refurbished photocopiers/printers which provide excellent value for money, reliability, performance and include a 6 month warranty. For more information, click here .
What is the warranty on refurbished / used photocopiers?
All our works come with an automatic 6 month / 30,000 page warranty and we guarantee any works undertaken by our fully trained expert technicians.
What does your repair service include?
Our Service Technician will attend your photocopier and examine the machine to determine the problem. The Technician will discuss with you, what repairs are required and will undertake those repairs at your instruction. Our service works include labour and a choice of extended life parts or brand new parts as well as fitting, testing, calibration and image quality adjustments. The Technician should provide you with a comparison of the before and after prints and ensure that the machine is functioning smoothly and effectively before confirming your satisfaction that the machine is fully operational. Any works that have not been undertaken at the time, will be clearly written as a message for future works and explained in detail to you by the Technician before he / she leaves the premises. If further work is required you will be provided with a quote for repairs that is at your discretion when you wish to proceed. The machine should be operational before the technician leaves unless otherwise explained the extent of the repairs required.
My Toshiba printer is jamming all the time. What can I do?
If the printer is continually jamming there could be several reasons to check before requesting a technician.
1) Check that the paper is stacked neatly and squarely inside the machine tray
2) Check that the paper inside the tray is what is shown on the screen of the copier
3) Check that the computer has been configured to the correct printer driver and Device

I run a small home office. Do you only service and sell large, commercial printers?
Yes, We often find that small home based businesses are our best clients. Many have trialled the smaller desktop printers purchased from somewhere like Officeworks. Over time they have found that the replacement ink costs more than the original printer, and the smaller printers just aren't able to handle the requirements for a Business.
The reason we promote the commercial grade printers is they will grow with your business. The toner is cost effective and lasts much longer than the smaller printers. For the value-cost ratio, a very good second-hand commercial printer is much more durable and effective for any small business operation.
